Part of a long Norman tradition, Busnel’s Organic Pommeau de Normandie AOC Busnel represents the harmonious union of pure organic apple juice and selected organic Calvados AOC. This aperitif is matured in oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. The organic apples used come from organic orchards less than 40km from the distillery.
Colour : amber, brilliant reflections,
Nose : cooked apples, citrus fruits
Palate : soft attack, notes of yellow fruits (peach, apricot)
Finish : soft and sweet (dried apricots)
