This unpasteurised vinegar is made on our site from 100% organic cider apples from organic orchards less than 40km from the distillery. It has many virtues, especially for the digestive system.

Colour : light amber
Nose : fresh acidity, ripe apples
Palate : sweet attack, fine acidity accompanied by a discreet bitterness
Finish : fruity and tart

Culinary use : cold, in seasoning or hot for deglazing and in sauces

They subtly flavour many sweet or savoury dishes and pair very well with chocolate or, of course, apple.
