- 4 cl Calvados
- 1/2 clime cut into 4
- 1 cl cane sugar syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 8 cl Ginger Ale (or Canada Dry)
- Crushed ice cream
- Crush the mint leaves with the lime and cane sugar syrup.
- Add 4cl of Calvados, add the crushed ice and complete with the Ginger Ale.
