Poultry supreme with cider

Ingredients :

- 2 apples
- 5 button mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- Flour
- 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche
- 2 potatoes
- Parsley

  1. Peel the apples, cut them.
  2. Chop the shallot and the button mushrooms.
  3. Roll the boneless chicken breasts in flour and fry in butter.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and set aside off the heat.
  5. Fry the shallots in butter and add the mushrooms and apples.
  6. Add 15cl of cider and the crème fraîche.
  7. Book out of the fire.
  8. Peel the potatoes and cook them.
  9. Mash them with a knob of butter and add parsley.
  10. Serve and enjoy !
