Ingredients :
- 2 apples
- 5 button mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- Flour
- 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche
- 2 potatoes
- Parsley
- Peel the apples, cut them.
- Chop the shallot and the button mushrooms.
- Roll the boneless chicken breasts in flour and fry in butter.
- Season with salt and pepper and set aside off the heat.
- Fry the shallots in butter and add the mushrooms and apples.
- Add 15cl of cider and the crème fraîche.
- Book out of the fire.
- Peel the potatoes and cook them.
- Mash them with a knob of butter and add parsley.
- Serve and enjoy !
